Procedure and Process to do whitelist of IP addresses to send bulk mails or campaigns / News letters

Below are some of the points and process to do whitelist of IP addresses:

1)Whitelist for ISP’s and Free email service providers:

To whitelist for IP addresses need to requests to place an email address on the whitelist should be sent to ISP’s and free email service provider feedback forms. The following information must be submitted with the request: (Not All ISPs Offer Whitelisting or Feedback Loops)

•Your name (if you are not an IT Pro, please provide the name of your IT Pro or ISP service abuse contact)
•The email address / domain to be whitelisted
•The reason and/or purpose for the request
•What is the expected effect of the request on the at receiver mail server? For instance, how many users will receive emails from the sender, what types of users  (faculty/staff and students) are involved and does the request require additional business units?
•The IP addresses that need to be whitelisted. The IP should be a single address or the smallest IP range to complete the job.
•When an ISP offers a feedback loop, it means that they will tell us when one of your subscribers marks your email as spam.
•The feedback loops are what enables us to show you complaint rates within your account. If your complaint rates get too high, an ISP may not deliver your email  campaigns to the inbox.
•Being on a feedback loop is kind of like being whitelisted – you’re taking responsibility for your email practices, and their consequences.
•Whenever someone marks your email as spam, we immediately unsubscribe them from your list.

2)IP check Script :

Whitelisting the IP which resolves to domain is not enough if the Hosting Server have multiple IP's. You should whitelist also the Hosting Servers primary IP.
